The clipper is alive!!!!!!!!!!

At last,
Thanks to the boys at RK in St Agnes my cabby is alive and running like a new car…..
2.0l 16v in and running sweet……..After cracked head woes
They sourced another one stripped it and sorted it out. Runs like a dream.
Passat Front brakes and master cylinder on and she stops pretty rapid now
Springs on 4 a bit of subtle lowering and to stiffen up the ride a bit…i like going for a drive on these twisty cornish roads
Just got to give her a real good clean fit the momo steering wheel and try to ignore the rust starting to appear :D

Looking forward to seeing some of you on the road now the summer is just round the corner 8)

How strange

I have had clipper a while. Browsing ebay for a 16v golf then I decide a corrado is the best thing to do

I want a green 16v leather interior

you know the sort.

hello there. 20l 16v sounds cool. how dificult was it to fit the passat brakes or were they just a bolt on job?

Hi Mate

A couple of questions for you mate if i may. I am def considering this with my clipper. I was wandering what needs to be changed to convert the car to injection to run the 16v. I assumed you used the 9A as it was from a passat. What other parts did you have to source to get it sorted, did you have to change the tank/pump/lines to gti lines, what about the loom.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

As i don`t think i will have a donor car, i will have to sorce a lot of parts, and i am just trying to get a list of parts to get started.

Thanks Kenno
