Shower or bath?

Shower or bath?

Hi Folks,
Yea I know it sounds a bit random, but I went to look at a house yesterday and the bathroom is tiny.
It's not a big house to start with, so I thought about moving the bedroom wall, but that would make that room too small.
Every thing is  squashed into the bathroom.
It measures 1.63m x 1.8m.
When your on the loo your shoulder is squashed against the Basin. The cistren for the loo is on the opposite wall to the loo it's self and is a high flush type so has a long winding down pipe. (bizzare).
The bath dominates the room and the door opens inwards.
To get a decent look, I thought about using slightly smaller sanitary ware and replacing the bath with a quadrant shape shower cubicle and reversing the door opening so it opens out wards.
I will probably sell once it's finished, but may have to live in it, if the market falters etc etc.

BUT I love a good soak in the bath. Where I am at the moment I only have a shower.

So if I scarifice the bath for a shower would it put off a potential purchaser later on?

So which do you guy's prefer….

I'm a shower girl, but I grew up in drought-riddled Australia, so baths were always a bit of a special treat anyway. I reckon I fancy a bath about once a year though.

If its a family house, definitely a bath. Young kids tend to hate showers and baby baths fit easier into baths

Otherwise have a shower.

I nearly always have a bath, but it has a mixer tap which operates the shower attachment.
Sometimes its a time thing,a shower is quick

it's a toughie,
I love baths to be fair but if you saw the size of the room you would see exactly what I mean.
Everything is packed in tight, I mead the room is 1.8m x 1.63m
get your tape measure out and you will envisage my dilema.

here we are just used a generic planner.
The first pic shows a standard bath, so pressume the bath in all ready is sub sized.
