Safe or not?

Hi there,

Am in the process of looking for some new wheels for my car and will probably get some bbs rs or rm but just wondered is it safe to get wheels that have been filled and re-drilled for example some i found were originally 5 stud but have been filled and re drilled to fit 4x100!! Is it better to pay extra and get proper 4x100 or are filled and re drilled ones perfectly fine?

My mate did this to his wheels as long as the jobs done properly it's safe enough

I've never heard of that being done before. Personally, I would steer clear…

as said. if done properly, it's ok.
