been on the rolling road today to set up my 9a on bike carbs went well got 150.6bhp at the flywheel 129bhp at the wheels at 5800 rpm did'nt want him to rev it anymore than that bit of a pussy he said it would have been more if he had took it to 6500rpm but im happy great garage in chester A B GARAGE 01244537701 if anyone is interested

Wow thats green and yeah you wimp lol looks good tho i used to have carbs but could not get on with them even tho they sound great, gone injection now with a ABF lump in my cabby.

Why hold back at 5800? Any more mods bar carbs? Cams (higher lift or Kr), 4 branch? What ignition you running, Kr or aftermarket?

its hard when your listening to your car in that situation, but you watch next time you drive it you will go over that rpm every gear change and think nothing of it ....

You could have gone to 6800 and it would still be pulling!

why hold back? needed to drive it home
 its got kr cams standard manifold with kr ignition
and yes it was still pulling strong so im sure if he'd gone to 6500 or so it would have made a bit more
its great to drive no flat spots and thats what i wanted a car you can drive anywhere

Not really getting at anything - Just would have wanted to push it a bit further if it was mine. The 16v is all about the revs!

The line on the graph shows no sign of a down turn
