Opinion on this please fellas!

Won this on ebay the other day - soon to be picking up. I want HONEST opinions here guys. Wish i had found this site before i bid on it really but heyho!

shame about the glass sun roof

Yeh it is really - would that be aftermarket or factory fitted? Is it possible to black them out?

if its glass it not OG,  a good body shop will put you a new rrof skin on,
but i wudnt worry to much about it if it dsnt leak

yeh leaking is the main concern and rust in the roof. will get it properly checked out. Is an aftermarket leaking sunroof a total desater or will a proffessional or competant ameteur be able to reseal it quite easily? sorry about the bone questions im not the most knowledgable but i learn fast!

you cud dismantle it and silicone it up

From the photos it looks like it's in good nick - do you know what condition the drivers seat bolsters are in? The pics don't show it, and they do wear a lot.

Other than that, the only non-standard thing which isn't obvious are the central dash gauges, but that's hardly a problem. I'm not a massive fan of the black wheels either, but you could refurb them if you fancied.

The good news is that if anything goes wrong there'll be someone on here who's already fixed it and who can point you in the right direction…

Looks pretty good.  The seller wrote a decent ad so hopefully it'll be a decent car.  Lose the eyebrow spoiler tho :wink:

it needs to be in very good condition and health for that money. it won't be perfect, but it needs to be all functioning and reliable.

Yeh im definately getting them refurbed silver soon as poss the grille spoiler is going straight away too! Looking forward to getting my hands on her now pick it up saturday
