Waiting for longlife to fit my exhaust then roof down all day.

Wouldnt trade my cabby for half a dozen "proper mk1s"on a day like today.

Being an avid tiptop fan I'm inclined to go all 1974 on you all and say that a cabby isn't a proper mk1 and they always rot and don't handle very well..

But I don't half want one at the moment

Trip to Dubmania in the "new" Golf Aniversary, cabby languishing in the garage due to my incompitance with the spanners during the run up week… I shake my head at myself and stand in the corner with a large D on my hat.

Gutted I was off the road for the weekend, and come to think of it, during the nice weather we are having

I don't know what to say…. but I guess you do have a point, easily sorted though with a couple of braces, coils and other related trickery tho   As for rot, all part of the fun.

Its funny because i HATE having the roof down, just feel gay? lol
