new avatar photo :(

been trying for what seams like forever to change my avatar photo and its proper doing me head in
keeps coming up wrong format, address to long and load of other random stuff, ive shrunk it down loads and still no joy,
Ive looked on the forum and read all about it but still cant change it i did it fine last time

Your image needs to be cropped a bit.  Try this



Save it to your desktop and then upload as normal

Your image can not exceed 161 x 161 pixels (height and width) or 9.7kb in size.

I used www.shrinkpictures.com for this but if you do not want it cropped there may be other shrinking websites out there  :dontknow: .

i have shrank it to the correct size still not work
