The black one did 104mph top end!! They would both nail superbikes off the line to about 60. I know its hard to beleive, but tuned scooters are fast! Very fast!

(pm set the record at 11.95 but not excatly a run of the mill scooter. 9.31 for class 8 1000cc race and 10.35 class 17 1000cc road legel) the 250 race is alot quicker that the scooter boys (and thats just the nsa)
not exactly what the silly little muppets ride round on though are they. theres one round here whos back tyre has been flat for the past 6 months he has no regard for other road users and beleives paths are there to be used as short cuts. these are the people that annoy me not the boys who sprint them(good people).
thought about entering a mini moto for this years sprint but can't be bothered with all the hassle and setting it up with parts that take a bit more work than for a scooter.

I find it hard to believe they would beat a superbike off the line, yes you have the twist and go advantage but as soon as your off the clutch on the superbike the scooter wouldn't stand a chance.

Done it plenty of times with gayboys in Subarus. Think there fast and gonna beat me easy. Wack that throttle back and I was gone, bye bye subaru muhaha

an aprillia rs125 which is unrestricted (most on the road are restricted) will waste any car off the line only to feel the draft as the ferreri flys past them just down the road
ford mundano would leave an f40 off the line for about 4 seconds. or just long enough to say "that can't be a real………" then comes the turbo and theres a little red dot in the distance.
had to try and explain this to a member on here a few months back who thought he would keep up with me even if i did the speed limit.
lets see
0-62 time on my bike is around the 3.4 second mark.
as a rough estimate we can half this for 0-30 and add a bit for reaction time so 2 seconds
0-60 time for a 1.1 golf is in the range of 16 secs i think
again half and add a bit for reaction time so 9 seconds 0-30
this mean that before he even starts moving im 7 seconds infront on a 30 mile an hour road. or about 100m ahead of him about 4 times his stopping distance and thats on a 30 mile an hour road.
this is based on linear acceleration to exactly 30 mph so its not quite right but close enough for an estimate.
