my new toy!

its a 76 with a g40 engine in it! most will remember the car from pvw aug 04 on the front cover!
i have a few plans up my sleve all shal be reveiled shortly  8)
currently running standard chip and pulley so its got pretty much standard power, it does have however a ported head ,2" single box exhaust, and a induction kit so far :roll:  but a large intercooler is on its way! and ill be making a trip to pitstop developments shortly………………..
oh and i did n get the phase 1 ronal turbos so its on mk oz turbos but that may be changing soon :wink:

yep, im jealous toooo! id love a early chrome bumper model, and wern't the not GTi colours soo retro!!?? mushy pea green - could only look amazing on a mk1 :wink:

Dude love that ride , project pea if i remember correctly . what  a top golf . please tho put it back on the classics , or other 8x13`s . but not the revolution 4 spokes cos ive got them and no one likes a copy cat !

i think we need to do three things

1 look at your new toy ( notice im being good and not telling n e one what it is )

2 go for alot of beer

3 look at the new toy again and make an on the spot desicion based on how much weve drunk
about ?300 more than u wanted to spend
and the fact  that they mat just fit !!!

shame to see the purple violet 16v go but ive always wanted a very early example and also miss my g40 polo so much! so i now have the best of both worlds :mrgreen: all it needs is a hike in power…………
