My GTI Cab (lots of pics)
Bought this not very long ago, but love it to bits!!!
full specification!
Engine bored to a 1.9 by Gti Engineering
3" Magnum Exhaust
Lowered on Cabro Bogue KH springs & shocks with bump
stops (the stiffest in the world )
TSR 203 Cam
K&N Panel Filter
reconditioned bottom end
BBS 15" Alloys
MK2 Gti Front Seats (half leather)
CAT 1 Alarm/Immob
Supersprint 4 branch and pipes up to backbox
Bottom strut brace adjustable thingy LOL :-)
M3 Rear Lights
Clear Side Repeaters
On the way
Single Headlamped Badgeless Grill
Eyebrow Spoiler
Xenon Front Bulbs
Rohr Pipe
It needs a good tune as the bottom end power is not so good but when it gets to 4-5k the power really kicks in and goes past 7k then i change when i reckon its about 8-8.5k. need to get a bigger tachometer to confirm my estimates
here are some pics!

If I were you I'd keep it, what you have there is a good package of modifications which no doubt makes it very fun to drive! For some reason, cabby prices have remained low despite the good weather, so its a buyers market, or just sensible to keep. Also, modified cars tend to never make much over the standard ones, despite the ?1000s possibly spent.

yeah i can understand that, you hear of people spending 20k on a car and wanting 8k back! madness
it is such a lovely car, my insurance is ?666 fully comp, how weird!
keep thinking of buying a decent vr6 or swapping for one.. im terrible at keeping cars!
