my golf?

i have justbought a luvly mark1 golf, but it has been de-badged an i havent got the tax book with it.im just wondering if anyone can help me to identify it!its got the black trim aroound the arches, down the side of the windscreen an the boot spoiler.its 11oocc red with black stripes.all standard bodywork apart from the badges taken off.any help at all would be appreciated!

Stick some pics up, inside and out and let us have a look.

Also check to see if the factory codes sticker is in the boot still, usualy on the inside of the rear panel,  that may help identify it easier.
