Mk2 Syncro

Hi

New to this, but a Mk1/ Vw fan non the less. I was looking for something different and what is more different than a 4wd Mk2 Golf. So my question is this, how do i get my hands on one, where do i look, how do i look??

Have you tried the Mk2 owners club?

There's been a couple for sale for a while in the North East - edit just had a look for them and it looks like they might have sold, they'd been advertised for ages!

I was quite tempted to buy one a while back, the guy had converted it to g60 running gear\/  :twisted:



The ones for sale before were between £2K to £2.5K, so not that cheap, but you would certainly be different to the rest of the Mk1 owners club!  

Theres a breaker behind the "creg-na-ba" pub on the "Isle of Man" I would love to go and get it but costs of transporting it are against me?



           

a proper mk2 syncro are quiet rare now but u can easily pick up a mk2 golf rallye with 4 wheel drive with a g60 in
but there is a mk2 syncro on edition for sale with a 20vt lump in bet its pretty quick
