Managed to get my snowboard out yesterday...

as my daily hack I drive a BMW 5 series.  As many of you know, rear wheel drive makes for sketchy driving in the snow (unless you want to do a bit of drifting) but couple this to 245 wide tyres and an Auto box and it makes it damn near impossible to make any sensible headway.
Anyway, as a result of these factors and all the snow we had (5 inches by me), I dipped out of work and took my snowboard to the local park.  All I can say is it was a surreal experience (especially when there were other with the same idea) and a brilliant way of spending a Monday.
