im absolutly heartbroken , sum horrible little mug has keyed my , 1.3 driver, absolutly minted example, keyed all down both sides and the bonnet, wtf lyk some people need lives sad sad people, but al fynd out who did it , hope theyve got internet in prison lol

Dont you mean internet in hospital I hate this kind of thing just no point to it..

yes they have but its slow as hell!  

bad news about the car mate! You gotta look on the bright side, the car could have been torched! besides a decent bodyshop should be able to blow the scratches out so theyre almost completely invisible!

What is the point, it doesn't do anything for you.  Just really ennoys other people.  :x

It's a shame when things like this happen, I find it makes you reluctant to fix it…in case they do the same thing again afterwards :cry:
Like Bigdave said, at least you can still use it (they could've torched it, or slashed all the tyres so you couldn't get anywhere). If it was me I'd leave it for a couple of weeks and see if any more scratches appear, if they don't I'd go for the paint job. Hopefully a one-off!

it wasnt in my local town it was a town bout 16 mile away, however ive got names back , these arnt just scratches its trough the primer onto bare metal, al get sum pics up tommorow,
but myt pay the lads a visit tonyt.

what is it about mk1s and being keyed?? mine was keyed several years ago, girlfriends was bought with key scratches on and several ones we went to look at all had scratches why????

I know a few of the ones i went to see wre keyed.  Made be it is jealously because we own mk1's and they don't?

well, its sparked my creative side , gonna go from the light metallic blue , to a dark moonstone mettalic blue , polished p-slots , small chrome bumpers, chrome flag mirrors , take engine out , rebuild the little 1.3, the mk1 will be back , and better.
