how much are they asking? how much time and money do you have to restore? do you want to restore or just run it? can/will you do most yourslef or pay some one else? expect a lot of work. just on the pics and description, personally, i'd be looking at 2-300 max.

?100.

i just bought a welder so it would be good to practice on it.

all the work will be done myself, bar spraying if it needs any.

im not expecting to do it in a week and im in no rush..

hmm. The words 'work' 'cut' and 'out' spring to mind!

but, if youve got the time and the money! (but i wouldnt pay anything for it, ask if you can just take it away.) 8O

i had a mrk2 ryder once. it was shocking, thats about all i know, when i had that i had no interest in cars.

this should be fun i guess, wheels and tyres are worth ?100 so worst case ill palm them off and i havent lost anything.

correct. worst case you'll get your money back in parts, plus a beer or two.
if you are happy to spend the time and effort, crack on my friend. rather see it driving about than rotting in a field.
