i dont suppose anyone  could give me a clue on how to tax a car that has een declared off the road (sorn) ??? i have never had to do this before and need to know how please  

Just take your forms down to the post office like you normally would.

just go to post office with your MOT Insurance docs and bingo you can do it on line you can tax a car that's been SORN at anytime just be careful to do it at the beginning of the month or you will loose a month if your not careful ive sorn mine and re-taxed twice with no probs

No your tax disc does not go there either! :mrgreen:

You can do it only 2 days before the month you want it to start in, otherwise you pay for the month you're in at the time - so critical timing required if its for Feb!
