Is it worth ?1600, advice please

Been offered a MK1 1983 Gti non-campain with the following.

Rolling roaded at 150bhp

TSR 1.9 conversion
TSR Big Valve head and cam
TSR 4 Branch
Remote oil filter housing and bigger cooler
Quaife LSD
Sachs racing clutch
TSR Big Brakes
Rear Discs.
Braided fuel lines from Tank
Braided Brake lines
Neuspeed Anti roll bars
Neuspeed strut braces

Main problem is its not been run since 2000 so its stood for 7 years!!

it needs new sills, wings front panel - but any welding i can sort out my self and even paint it.

Just after some advice on the spec and wether its worth the price.

Just as long as it runs OK, the mods are probably worth that alone.  However, you'd need to give the engine a good going over and make sure it runs OK - new fuel and lubricants.

Yeh thought that was going to strip and rebuild with new gaskets and seals, replace hoses etc, tidy the wiring.

Difficult to value a car without seeing it or any pics. It's a nice conversion assuming it was done by TSR in the days when TSR's quality was up to scratch as a few recent horror stories.

I would assume the worst rust wise as you may need new inner wings, etc. A dead shell is not worth a lot, so if there is decent trim, etc it may be worth ?100-?150. I don't think the mods alone are worth ?1600 - those parts are plentiful on the 2nd hand market and are at least 7 years old. So I value ?900 - ?1300 depending on exact condition.
