Try basic chord scales to help the movement o fingers.
I play guitar and learnt lead and chords by starting and mastering these

I've been playing guitar for years, when I first started it was bloomin' difficult!
I've got really slim fingers though (great when you've dropped a bolt in your engine) which must help, if your fingers are… erm… full of muscle then it might make reaching across the neck more difficult.
stick at it - we want a seranade at AGM '13!

yes i been playing the uke for about 2 years its somthing that will come in time. only reason i got it was that its smaller than a guitar but just as fun. oh and easier to put in the car than the guitar. its quite easy to play though just stick at it.
