Internet :(

Moved into our new house a few weeks ago, still havnt got Internet, it's so expensive…

You see all these deals for like £7 a month and when you phone up they try charging you £30 a month !!!

The cheapest i've been quoted is £20 a mont incl line rental but that's with talk talk and I've hear they're not very good ???

Anyone know of any decent but cheap internet providers???

I've tried sky and virgin but Internet is only £10 a month if you sign up to they're tv package which I don't want

Plusnet aren't that pricey if you can live with a download limit. Guess you're out in the sticks aswell? See all these adverts aswell saying super speed and only a fiver or something daft. Thing is you can only get it slap bang in the middle of London or something

Try moneysupermarket.com for broadband deals. Also it seems to make sense to combine your line rental and broadband into one deal, to make a saving. Mine is something like £16/month (for both). There's probably better deals out there though.

Aol had a good deal sometime back, worth a looky or bt I got a good deal from them phone and broadband £30 a month.

Aol is now part of talk talk coz they bought them out a little while back. I have had talk talk for ages and never had a problem but years ago had BT and they just wanna rip you off all the time. Would recommend talk talk  definitely…

O2 all the way, but then I am an O2 customer and used www.quidco.com to get cashback, meaning by the end of the year, I made £2.50 from having their broadband.

gazvenn - I went with plusnet in the end and I hit a 60gb limit which I don't think is too bad really, said someone recommended me so when it's all set up I'll give you my username and you'll be able to get some money off your monthly bill, according to the sales advisor  :dontknow:

and mAtt- it's like living in the past all I got is the beastiallity stories, foot fetish news letters and bondage/s&m mags I found in the loft (and no that's not a joke I really did find that stuff from previous owner    8O  8O)

lol ive put them back up tehre now, also found Limited Edition Jackie Chan Karate magazines from 1982 and MOD documents of internal workings of aeroplane engines :dontknow:

dont think ill be going up there again anytime soon….

on the plus side though internet is sorted gotta wait til 1st of august for them to come out and get our phone line working
