Info required

Can anyone help regarding where to start looking for somewhere to store/work on/ break cars.

Ideally i would like a barn somewhere around the staffs area. With electric if possible and cheap as poss an all. I know i am asking a lot, but those are things i would like, nothing more nothing less, doesn't have to be massive, just somewhere i can keep a few motors and work on them, without disturbing people and keeping myself warm-ish and dry.
