I need help in Edinburgh!!

Hey guys, well as the title may suggest ive found myself in a bit of a pickle.Im towards the end of my G60 Mk1 Golf conversion but ive now been let down by the guy who was gonna help me hoist the engine in place, weld the mount and also help out with the wiring etc.I was just wondering if anyone in the edinburgh area thats got a hoist, mig and a bit of electrical savvy is willing to help me out for a few nights to get the engine inplace.Im willing to pay for your time be it cash or beer…….no sexual favours im afraid!I know pretty much what needs to be done so you dont really need to be up to date on the conversion, just a case of welding a mount in place and hoisting the engine.Ive also got wiring diagrams if theyre any help.
Cheers guys
Jamie

You may just be the right man for the job haha.Do you have a mig ,or handy with one?I can weld alright but wouldnt want my welds responsible for holding a 200bhp engine inplace haha.If your confident i can just rent one i guess. But yeah if you happy to help im more than happy to accomodate!

if you can get it to glasgow i can get the welder in about it and get the engine in fairly quick smart. that fanny 'scotboy' lends a hand and makes the tea.

also know a man that could wire it but he's grumpy as hell and makes random noises.
