i ate all the pies !!! how much do you weigh ?

 been feeling a little porky after christmas so i have decided  i need to get back into shape and get fit.  any thought it would be a good idea to weigh myself as a starting block, lasttime i was 13stone,  now  8O  14 stone 2 !!!!!   heaviest i've ever been….

Those pesky pies but we taste so good…. eat us… come on… we're your friends… eat us.. it's ok… just one bite….

I'm 5.6" (shortarse) and weigh 11 stone.  Overweight but I don't really look it for some reason  :dontknow: …only notice pot belly etc when shirts off so don't do that lol… I want to lose a bit but stopped going to the gym twice it's boring… decided to go on the bikes round lakes etc with the missus… watching what I eat, not eating after 8pm etc… What's your plans to get fit and drop the "ab warmer" (belly fat)

the fact there is very little fat on me doesn't get noticed though.

going to try and cut out the bacon n egg butties and eat more healthy food.  i get a box of fruit & veg free each week from work but when your out working at 3am in freezing cold a salad sandwich doesn't appeal.  plus i want to get a mountain bike  and maybe take up swimming again, can't be bothered with the gym.

Overweight!!! You're 'aving a laff. I'm a health 16st 7lbs Christmas. Normally 16stone dead.

I'm in the process of loosing my newly gained equivalent of a health new born.

5.8" just under 11 stone, supposed to be ideal but i'm a bit loose in places!!!

No alcohol for the whole of Jan and gettin the Mountain Bike out!!!

but tian aren't you a man mountain ?   tall frame ect i know weight isn't all to go by .  i'm only 5'8

uFF !  I have been shovelling the pies down my screech over Xmas, and am now 14st 5lb @ 6ft.  According to those BMI charts I am headed towards Obese.  I should be around 12 - 13.5 stone.  Bugger.  I think a diet and some running is required …

Definately tomorrow, being dropped at the shop where my bike is being serviced so have to cycle home.. Its a good 10 miles, so a nice easy start!!

6ft2 and probably close to 18 stone again.

I ate all the pies.  :mrgreen:

will be out on a good 40 ride tomorrow. nothing major.
think the pub will be in there somewhere too though.

There's a lot of pies being eaten…. I'm in the wrong business lol…  I'm off to make pies

I wouldn't of said so TBH but I work with a guy who is 6ft 5inches and weighs about 19 Stone so I've developed some perspective.

i'm skinny git at 6ft and 12-6 you are a whole stone less than me. you must be a bean pole
