Howdy, Dobra Dan, Bon Jour!!

Got back recently from 6 months adventuring/work (canada,croatia,france) to find my golfy tucked up warm and dry under its cover in my parents drive, still awaiting all the work that it needed when i left. Oh the joy  :wink: Just got the brakes to do, discs mc and servo, and then the fun stuff of sorting out the bodywork. sandy sandy, prepy prepy… maybe after then i can think about driving it…..?
  
  Will try and post some pics of foreign golfs, saw a few nice ones in canada, apparently they started fine even in -30 degrees (with no need for a block heater)!! yes, that is frostbite weather.  
  
  If you want to travel in time and space, go to Istria, in Croatia as there are so many mk1s about I felt like I was in the 80's. No joke it was very strange, but I did realise how good they looked compared to other boxy shaped motors, namely yugo's and zastava's…
