This, and the one about the motorbike with the friend drilling holes through the ECU, is doing the rounds. Of course, the real fools are those who believe an aftermarket filter will improve performance anyway....

I don't trust newer Peugeots, there's far too many vowels in the name. Their last decent car drove the rear wheels…..

swapped it for a 307 which was again new worst car i have ever owned just hated driving it had it less than 12 months and got shut and got an  A4 1.9 tdi which is prob the best car we have ever owned..

Dont ask what your club can do for you, but what can you do for your club?

'its not that bad, there's a lad down the road from me who has taped a sock round his cold air feed, he thinks its a cheaper version of a breather'

that's funny.

The thread is ridiculous throughout. Bad error by the poor lad and all those horrible EPIC FAIL pictures  :|

Trust me, its not worth it. All these kinds of threads are the same, just a bunch of people queueing up to have a 'pop' at one particular person on the internet. The modern equivalent of a public flogging. I read the first coulple of pages and concluded there's unlikely to be any value in the rest of the thread.
