how far

i'm at the moment for the next couple of weeks traveling about 700 miles per week just too and from work, in my MK1. she passed her mot on monday and is running like a dream (touch wood) just wondered how many miles per week others use their cars for……………. Mk1s only of course :cheer:

About 20 yards. 10 push outside the garage, 10 push back again.

Bout 150 miles a week then to Dudley and back once a month (250m). Wish it was a bit quieter but on long runs its bril on fuel.

First 15 miles in two years.

Then the head gasket blew.  

Then the engine seized.  

Then I had to cancel the following days MOT  

Then I decided that if the engine had to come out, something bigger had to go in…  :mrgreen:

Mine managed the trip from chester to devon and back via nottingham (bout 600+ miles) this week with no probs except my shitty front tyre decided to change shape half way to devon. Would have been fine although i had the biggest hangover in the world and couldnt work out how to use my jack. Sat in the car park of a service station for about an hour before i blagged some AA bloke to help us out. nice one for that!

if your car is too noisy dj ev you need a better stereo ....................... dunno what your problem is i love the sound of my car....especially under bridges lol
