How do you add photo's to a Forum post?

The title say's it all…..

I see you need to add a URL address to attach a picture…but how do you create the URL in order to link it to the post?

I thought I was pretty computer savvy, but obviously not!

Am selling my motor and think it would be best to add the pictures to the post.

Any help appreciated.
