As has been said, you can either change your settings so you don't get email notification, or just go to the bottom of the thread and click on 'stop watching this topic'
I'm sure those are the only two ways of stopping emails.

First thing I do when i log on is to go to "Forums" then "Your Forum Posts"….and i glance over all the posts I have either created or added to….
Its this list I wish to reduce..
When i go to any of these threads I don't have the option to "no longer watch"…
But to confirm, i'm not getting any emails, this isn't an issue…..
Am i missing something?

I've never actually looked there before, just did and I have 1534!
Not sure why its a problem for you tbh? I always just either go into the forum I want, or new forum posts to see the most recent.
Is it because you are looking for replies to threads you have posted on? If so, you need to change your settings so that you DO get email notifications.
As your not, thats why you don't have the option at the bottom of the thread I would think.
