HELP needed ?

I am after some help regarding a MK 1 Golf Rivage Cabriolet in Blue. A good friend of mine is looking to sell this car and we are trying to value the car in order to sell it. i am after an actual price which i would realistically get, not one that it would sit for sale at for months on end !!

It is blue with blue cloth interior, it has a blue mo hair hood with matching toneau cover. It is rust free having been well wax oiled and kept garaged throughout the winter. The hood electric motor works well along with all the windows and seat heaters. It has a Cat 1 alarm, good tyres, new attery, recent service and full stamped up service history. Lots of bills and reciepts all documented in a wallet. it has at least the last 11 MOT's and is currently MOT'd for over 6 months, It could also be taxed if necessary. It has the polished porsche style alloys and has covered 179,000 miles. The car is not concours but is in Excellent condition..
