Help needed

Anyone have any ideas where i can get  the plastic ring/ protector which sits on the bodywork under the fuel cap to cover the  screws holding the fuel neck filler on?

i make my own. roll of vinyl is less than 2 quid. circle cutter is less than 2 quid. i've got enough to make a few 100. and theres a few people out there with one either on their car or in there glove box from when i've had a couple with me at shows.
