Looks just like mine, which I got off egay for about ?5 delivered. I prefer the owners workshop manual (mine is brown but they differ), more pictures = slightly better  :wink:

I saw them in halfords for 14.99, I have the brown one cost me ?10 (like new condition) on ebay, I prefer the older style of haynes manual easier to read and less refer the chapter XX when doing a task.

Hi I've got the 1.8 gti and also own the blue manual you are querying and the brown workshop manual. I've reviewed both of them and the brown one is by far the best one on the market - everything is a lot more clear and broken down so it's a lot easier to read. I have little knowledge of how the car works and yet the brown one looks so easy to work from compared to the blue one. I hope this helps you, oh and I picked the brown one up from a charity shop for a ?1 - Just keep your eyes open!
