Gaydon Attendance

Folks,

This is running at just under 80 (confirmed and paid for) entrances, which is a little ahead of where we were last year at this point. We generally get about another 25% or so on the day, so we're not quite at the point of breaking last years record attendance of 147 Mk1s.

If you can, round up all your mk1 owning friends and colleagues, publicise the meet where ever you can and lets see if we can push through the magic 150 mark!

Also, if there are particular traders you would like to see coming, please drop Hairyarse (Andy) a PM and let him know, the more the merrier!

hope to be coming along on the 28th in my 1.1 L.  just wondering if I'm going to feel a little out of place with all you GTI guys.  will there be a seperate parking area for the non GTI cars. ie L, GL, GLS etc.

ill be going in a citi or a gl, know some caddys are going and a few other citis so you shouldnt worry

I'm particularly keen to see a lot of non-GTIs actually. Been there, done that!  8O  8)  

Big up the solex and webers, less of the bosch k-jetronic :wink:

Unfortunately, I will be showing up in either my brother's 2004 VW Touran TDI, or my 1993 Audi 80 Avant, as the only Mk1 we had, that was running, was stolen and there's still no sign of it…

I'm hoping there'll be plenty of non-gtis for me to fit in with - I'll be piloting my Formel E. It'll be my first time attending a non-aircooled dub meet.   8)

ill be there in my cabriolet and im also bringin my T25 to put some bits in to sell.

Hmmm , I may be in the Golf , If the repairs get done over the next week

But more likely I'd be in the Scirocco ( Golf in a posh frock ???)
