If your talking about the Mk1 on there,  I think the term 'unfinished project' is a little inaccurate. Maybe 'unstarted project' or 'shed' would be more appropriate… (apologies if it's yours!)

just thought i parts alone it'll be worth more that 300quid easy…. looking at it from a profit point of view, prberbly a compleate werck of a car, but i dont think you can any better for 150!!!!

Yes, the problem with spares cars is that the parts which normally wear out on a car, will be worn out on another car too. Also, trim items get damaged in the same way (or survive unscathed). For example, 95% of door cards have been cut for speakers, 95% of parcel shelves have had speakers fitted, sagged or cracked, 99% of side pods next to the parcel shelf have their pegs for speaker fitment snapped, and/or their side clip fittings.

Mind you, for ?10 its gotta be worth it for the reasonable-looking gear knob!
