Does anyone have a video of a midget cleaning a car? I just want to see how he does the roof, that's all.

really paul, do i have to tell you how to do every thing!

there are these little things the a a bit like those things that help you get to the first floor of your house, but they are a bit smaller and portable, they use these to elevate themselves to the hight of …say….me.

if all else fails they just take off there shoes and stand on the bonnet
for the back of the roof they just kneel on the front of the roof.

hope that helps you out. i have a set you set borrow if you need them!

I, errrr I mean the midget who isn't me who tried to wash a car who can't reach the roof, doesn't have a stepladder (and you'd not believe how expensive they are!!!) so I, I mean the midget, stood on a box to do it. Even with the box, the midget had to keep adjusting its position to reach all areas. Just wondering if there's any other techniques. Or an illustrated guide. I suppose the midget could stand on a tyre, but that risks scratching the car and also can only reach the rear bit. Door sill - still can't quite reach.

For info I (and I mean me this time, not the midget who may/may not exist) DID used to have a cabriolet Golf. A decision was made to sell it some time ago and the new owner is very happy, and I have no desire to buy another. It was sold to buy something else, which I'm very happy with as an alternative!!!!! (And its 2WD too!!!!)

so let me get this right, the midget in question is not you!

sorry,

and you seemed to want to know how a short person would wash HIS roof,

BUT
without using a step ladder, or seemingly without standing on anything!

well that would be nearly impossible, how would anyone clean there car roof wthout standing on anything..

aaaah hold on…….. nope a jet pack would burn the rungs on the ladder……..

you seem to have put a lot of thought into this question, and then ruled out ALL the possible answers.

why would you do that?
and how would standing on a tyre scratch your car?

…because the tyre is attached to the wheel, which is attached to the car, which is not sticking out, so it means possibly scratching it. I've not ruled out the possibilites (well, I've ruled out driving it into a swimming pool - but appreciate the humourous picture!) but I seem to have neither a box practicable enough, nor a stepladder.

Is this in anyway connected to your new Pajero?

You…sorry they could park the ..vehicle under an upstairs window, then, open the upstairs window and, using a brush wash the top of the car.If the bathroom was used you`d have the advantage of using the shower to rinse.

cleaning

go and pay the local polish people ?10 for a inside and out clean, that way, if you are a midget you don't have to damage the paint work with a ladder or by walking on it.

anyway if you can't see the roof, it don't matter!

dan

here for a good time, not a long time

i can asswer this one paul_c as my neighbour is short (not a midget) and he owns a nissan note.

whe he washes his car he steps on the front bumper then onto the bonnet then climbs onto the roof.  and sometimes he gets out a small set of steps and climbs up then onto the roof.

yes the bumper is scratched the bonnet dented and sctached as is the roof. but as he washes it about twice a week it dont half shine!!

hello!
