Cry for Help

Guys/Gals

As most of you are aware I love Tafy (it borders on weird at times) but this is a cry for help is there anybody localish to me who would be able to advise me on my boy…!  I need some good advice on what to do, I cannot seem to find a carb for my boy and I have a massive water leak that is killing my interior and he just wont run…I could do with a kindly person who is willing to give me a couple of hours to go over Tafy and give me some advice…

I am out of my depth with his engine I can change bits and bobs but tacking down a problem is a whole new ball game, he has been off the road now for 12 months and I have had to sorn him which makes me sad, I have started to repair his body his inner wheel arches are next but I just dont know what to do, I dont want to have to sell him because he's great.

I dont want your time for free I will pay for anything but I am truly stuck.

I am so annoyed at myself for not being able to sort him out.

Thanks

Peg

Try Crazyquiff if you need a carb. Heater matrix is quite easy on a Mk1. Might be worth going to any regional meets to seek local help.
