I've received a delivery from them absolutely fine before. To be honest though, I don't think there's any courier who hasn't had a bad thing said against them. For example my last experience of Interlink was appalling, and I've have bad experience with Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UKMail.
This is very true and can be applied across a multitude of suppliers and businesses. Always best to speak to the company and give them a right to reply.

They have used City Link as the Courier. The Driver has to scan the item and sign and date the docket to prove he has collected. Gives a peace of mind and I allways insure to the Value of what's being sent. A good selling point when you send stuff out especially as the parts are not cheap.

Mine even post recorded items striaght through aslong as they fit in letterbox, i know naughty but it does boil down to how you deal with them.
As regard parcel delivery i got sick of RY and PF due to there ridiclous prices so started using Parcels2go and choose which courier of which i can say surperb since when i started using them first time 6 month ago.
I have use MYHERMES, TNT & CITYLINK via the P2go site til now and no issues.
But thanks for the heads up fella, appreciated

It turned out the delivery driver had been going to the wrong house and had been carding that house instead of mine. I therefore had no idea that they had tried to deliver on 2 occasions and that the goods were awaiting collection from the depot.
I wouldn't suggest that a courier is scamming anyone though.

I always find that TNT comes out as the best value and the drivers have to sign to say they have collected the particular item. You also have the ability to track your parcel online as its in transit (or other commercial vehicle!)

another company was delivering a item from usa they would not deliver till i paid customs, i argured it was gift etc they got quite jerky about it so i went to there depot and opened it front off them to prove it was not a expensive item or a customs dodge, they really good with me i got tin off rosies fuel cost and £20 towards a meal as there depot was 4-5hr round trip, to be fair not quite there fault as seller did not respond to them or mark clearly what item inside was
i've had bad times with postage companys but if you can prove them at fault they will bend over backwards to make it up
