Dunno if it was fitted to the Fiat, it's called the 'Nord' engine and was in the Giulia, Giulietta, Spider in various forms from 1600 to 2000cc
A twin spark version was in the Giulia GTA as well in either 1300 or 1600cc which was a right little screamer
It is a twin cam 8v, although a 16v head was also produced but is very rare
Had a 2.0l in my Alfa (before I had to sell it)
Fantastic engine, especially on twin webers

I think the Fiat Twin Cam was an Iron Block. Very similar though.
