What are the receipts? Two tanks of fuel
I no longer have the Mk1!! I now whizz round in a Black 1990 3dr Mk2 GTi 8v but the roof doesn't fold back when the sun shines

hear hear.. it says that tyres and brakes have been replaced.. but surely it wasn't necessary.. :dontknow:

By the amount of work claimed to have been done the 500 miles must've been done at a Belle Vue stock car meet

As for the restored one, a good restoration isn't cheap as many will know especially if you're paying for labour. Still wouldn't pay that much for a Golf however nice it was, would have thought ?10K would be top money.
