Car is back

Hi All  –  Update
Just got the car back from the doctors!!
In the end I had to have the Top end rebuilt, Everything was renewed ?450, (It now goes like a rocket). Bottom end was checked over and is still in good nick - good compressions, hopefully that is ONE of the big jobs done. Am now saving up for an overhaul of the brakes - but I think I will have a go at that one on my own. I know with all your help it will work out ok!! He had it for two weeks and checked out everything steering/suspension and it all looked good.

TC - Glad all's well - brakes are dead easy and cheap to sort out if you do it yourself.

...although it is usually customary to refurbish the brakes before blessing the car with any more performance!!

I dont drive it that fast……YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!
