can anyone help ?

i'm trying to get hold of a pair of 165 45 14 tyres, i know they exist but finding out where i could get some from is proving quite a mission, i have tried all the usual options, even got a m8 in the trade but he cant find any, so can anyone point me in the right direction ?? please !
