Campaign or Series 2 ?

In light of the new registers that are being set up, a question.

I have an A-reg DW chassis car with all of the Campaign features, should it remain on the Campaign Register or be transfered to the Series2 - New Dash register ?  Ralph.

I'm going to set the membership for the campaign register to be from chassis number DW 448319 onwards, which (as we discovered at the Campaign meet) appears to be the chassis number from which all the final special editions were made.

It's a nice definitive cut off point. Before that its a series 2, afterwards, effectively a Campaign.

As I have a post DW448319 chassis car it looks like I can remain a 'Campaign' .

The car was an import when new, and originally a RHD Pirelli edition with colour coded bumpers, wheel arches and door mirrors. Has anyone else got one of these? It now has black trim.

For the Campaign I had a look on the CDs and it shows that DW448319 was the first VIN on 01/04/1983

I thought all Campaigns have option code W64 too (can anyone verify this on the boot/handbook sticker?). Could be another identifier.
