Buying a cabriolet - advice please

Hello!

I'm new to this website and I'm cheekily asking for advice already!
My first car was a mk1 golf and even though I spent a fortune on it, I've always wanted another, so now I'm in a position where I can afford to - ish.
I don't have a fortune and I'm not exactly handy with a spanner, so if anyone can give me any pointers so that I don't end up with a dead dub it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Chellie

Have a look at my

Draft Cabriolet Buying Guide

…and also the buying guides on the right of this web site Home page, they should, between them give you an idea of what to look out for.

Good luck..!!

Thanks for your help!! Hopefully I'll be the proud owner of a cab very soon. No doubt I'll be back asking for more advice in the future.

Also, tomo320 where is near you?
