BRONZE METALLIC L95D

Just wondering if I'm the only member who has a Golf in this very 70s colour?  Mine is a 1978 GLS (chrome bumpers), with 'Tobacco' interior - not conviced a car manufacturer would pick this as a name now!

Looks like you are the only one in the Register with that exterior colour.

But I have 2 Mk1s with the Tobacco or "Tabac" interior. Very 70s funk man!

I have a gls 1980, non chrome bumpers, my interior is like a beige/gold colour with a brown dash, same beigey carpets and parcelshelf. Is this what you mean or were you talking about the exterior colour? Mine is metalic blue exterior, my dad used to have a 77 or 78 T plate diesel with exactly the same interior as mine. what is it they call it retro browness.

The exterior colour is metallic bronze, and the interior is 'tobacco' - essentially dark brown dash with mid brown velour, vinyl and carpets.  There is a pic of my car in the Owner's Cars gallery - give you an idea of the colour!
