Not much between them to be honest mate.  You'll be fine with any of them as long as it's not an accident and it's just a break down…. so drive carefully we want you in one piece

Go to moneysupermarket.com and compare all of them. AA and RAC etc are a rip off these days.

Most insurance companies will charge you whatever it costs, for breakdown, which is £40-50. You can get it for less than that…..and its pretty much the same thing, but worth checking the small print for daft restrictions etc.

Lots of the breakdown cover you get with your insurance only cover you for the 1st 10 miles or to the nearest garage then you would have to pay the rest.

Hi buddy I use a company called auto aid and would highly recommend them, the yearly premiums are very good and half the price off AA and RAC etc, the only think with this service is that they have a list of approved garages and recovery services across uk, when you break down they send out the people that can get to you fastest which is great as usually within an hour, a lot better than AA! The only downside is you pay for recovery etc, then claim it back, but all 3 times I have done it I have had claims for sent to me, sent back and fully re paid within 7 days, me, my dad, uncle and brother have all used them for 10+ years with no problems! Cheers Rich
