Should be by now - been playing darts at pub tonight and had a few too many - will skulk off to bed when I've caught up here.

I'm about midnight usually, not an early to bed chap in the week although always up early

Max 11pm on week nights, although I aim for 10.30. I have to be up for school (work!) at 7 and spending all day dealing with irate teens whilst even slightly tired is NOT fun

Having said that, anything goes on a Friday or Saturday.

When the baby was born and was waking up every 2 hours for a feed, we decided that going to bed at 9pm was sensible so we wouldnt miss too much sleep! Now he only wakes up once a night (usually at 4ish) but were still going to bed at 9pm!?! Im currently getting about 10 hours a night! 8O

3/4 am.

That's actually the norm now.

Even if I try and get an early night - or if i've had a heavy one the previous and feel nackerd - say, 10pm I wake up at about 2 and can't sleep again 'til 6.

Strange, bit annoying, but- oh well.
