Badge Refurb Kits

Hi,
          I've been kindly informed that badge refurb kits are available to purchase from Chortle.  I've tried sending him a PM, also tried emailing him on an address I found online.. but unfortunately I'm yet to get a response from either.  Does anyone know an alternative way of contacting him, does he still do them, or is there anyone else who supplies these kits?   (starting to sound like a stalker!!)
