Used real leather from
Them. Very good.
Mixed reports on vinyl as some say it doesn't wet very well on the bolsters.
Fit on mine were good but wasn't the easiest of jobs.
See them on my thread.

Hi, we used them and are pleased with the results. The instructions we got suggested we fit covers over existing trim but that was rubbish. old trim must be removed and we are fairly happy with the results, but you do get what you paid for. If you get door card trim too, please note that they are cut for the round speaker door pocket type not the long rectangle type as in our clipper, if that makes sense.

Definately!
You'll be fine! With extra padding you'll get a really nice tight fit too!
If you get stuck, give me a shout. I'm no expert, but I spent days trying to get it right! Lots of swearing too…..
Good luck.

Palmer's top tip - use a bit of plastic bag over the top of the foam seat backs - helps new covers slide over.
Good luck!

No its not used daily spends winter in garage and gets driven in dry weather twice a week or so. Think it should be fine as at that price im not expecting it to last for years and years

Hello bud,
How have you gotten on with these? I'm thinking about some for my cabby - like you my car isn't used loads so I'm looking at the leatherette ones. Would be good to know what you think of them!

Going to be using them to do my seats in leatherette once I've found a set of front gti seats!!!!!!!! they will be fitting them though as although I feel this is something I could do myself I can also see me having a mare and spitting my dummy out if they don't fit as i would like, so going to leave it up to the pro's.
