Any Scots??

e have just launched SCCON (Scottish Classic Car Owners Network) and are looking for classic enthusiasts to join and be part of what(we think)is a unique community. We ARE NOT a club.We are a community of classic lovers. We welcome all classics and the only restrictions being that they must be based within Scotland and be made before 31/12/85.There are a few exceptions to that ruling tho,as long as the general bodyshape and styling hasn't changed much through the production life of the car (ie Mini, SD1 and Land rovers) you can still join Doesn't matter what classic you own, be it a Golf, 2cv, Ital or a Beetle, your all welcome.

At SCCON we have a forum with Classifieds, technical and tutorial sections, our own gallery and members blogs.

We aren't trying to take members away from sites like this one,we don't specialize in one make or model. We are trying to get everyone sharing their classic car/cars with everyone else,so you can share your problems with another enthusiast who mite know a thing or two that maybe you didn't know or maybe you own more than one type of classic and instead of joining 10 forums/websites dedicated to each of your classic you can post to your hearts content on SCCON.

Please visit http://www.sccon.co.cc and join up today we look forward to seeing you and your classic.

We apologize in advance if we have posted this in the wrong place.

We have just relaunched sccon under the new name of Scotia Classics due to being confused with the sporting car club of norfolk.

We have over 70 members now with cars ranging from mini's to TR's.

We also have a new section for clubs to post their upcoming Scottish events in.And also and section for posting pictures of past events. The idea behind this is to help clubs like yourselves promote your events not just amongst your own members but to members of other clubs and to people who dont belong to clubs.

Thanks once again.
