a bit OT

I have been offered a 1976 Yellow beetle that needs a little bit of work on it.
It needs Handbrake and clutch cables doing, window winders sorting, washers and a few other similar bits but all parts for these jobs are with it. it also needs a new exhaust but had all welding done before its last mot (not  sure of when that was) and has been sat in a garage ever since.
It starts and runs on the key and has no probs that way but I thought the brakes may need some attention due to time standing.

He wants ?300 for it any thoughts anyone?
