2006 Calendar - MK1 Photos Required!

Ok, so after lots of ideas and discussion at the weekend during the Classic Car Show about the club, I'm going to see if I can knock up a 2006 Calendar.

Will only be desktop version (or print at your own peril!) rather than hard copy but thought worth a try.

However, to complete this I need some hi-res photos of MK1's - this is where you guys come in! :wink:

So, if anyone has photos they can e-mail me of MK1's. I'd be looking for Gti's Campaigns, non-Gti models, Cabriolets - a bit of everything and interior or engine shots could be considered along with any other period photos from VW (copyright allowing of course!)

E-mail anything you feel suitable to me on events vwgolfmk1 .org.uk and I will see what I can do.

Nearly did start the 'Rajan 2006 Calendar' but now I have some from Crazyquiff too! Keep em coming please folks.

December - me dressed as Father Christmas dragging some gift-wrapped oily Mk1 bit out of the back of the Caddy. DjEv sitting under the tree, smiling with mince pie in hand ……….

July - Walt's cabrio twinkling in the Summer sun on Wiggin Tree car park. Walt himself in the foreground dressed in skin-tight T-shirt, doing one-handed press-ups as a couple of 'laydeez' stroll by …………

I have what I believe is a super piccy of my GTI driving through Winster Ford (Dano will know where that is) on a July day in 1982.  Trouble is its a photo (digitals weren't invented then!)…not sure how it will turn out if scanned!…..we'll see…whats yer deadline Andy?
