1.8 best book??

well my little honey has the 1.8 w/auto not happy w/auto but for now will have to do.  3300rpm at 65mph so really turning should i use bigger tires to slow down engine for now? this 1.8 gets-it 3ooo to 5000rpm in a flash cant believe the quick speed.  what is best book to buy???   thanks butch

as for the tyres thing, if you get bigger tyres, then you'll ruin the speedo accuracy, cos the rolling radius will be bigger.

but tbh mine is getting near 4k rpm at 70 ish so you shouild be alright..

but yeah, haynes is the way forward, plenty on eBay

glad to here the high rpm is ok this little engine probaly has to stay wound up to run good does anyone like the auto, is there much trouble w/trans    thanks for info   later butch
